In English, we called this "Abayas" in Indonesia, we called this "Gamis" but, just say it long dress. These photos, @monicaakk wore that abayas so simple, just like the way teenagers are.
A dress with the cutting right between chest and tummy are unique. To make it more chic, try to wear flowers accent.
The detail of the chest part is already too much, it's better to use a plain hijab
